臺北市長蔣萬安長子蔣得立錄取北市公費交換生，卻因其「美國籍」身分引爆爭議。大批網友質疑他若隱瞞國籍申請簽證恐涉欺詐，火速發起「一人一信」向美國國務院檢舉。沒想到才短短1天，美方正式回信曝光！信中明確點出該計畫僅限「外國國民」參加，等同狠狠打臉，讓這場「權貴出國」風暴越演越烈。

這起風波源于蔣萬安日前自爆，大兒子不僅搶下北市僅25個名額的赴美加交換生門票，甚至因為在美國出生，早就是美國公民。訊息一齣立刻讓各大論壇炸鍋。網友痛批，旨在促進人才交流的非移民J-1簽證根本不適用于美國人，若蔣得立以台灣人身分隱瞞闖關，恐涉簽證詐欺；若拿美國護照直接赴美，又完全不符交換生資格。

This office administers the Exchange Visitor Program， which is overseen by the Deputy Assistant Secretary （DAS） for Private Sector Exchange in ECA. The Exchange Visitor Program is for foreign nationals who come to the United States for international educational and cultural exchange experiences.

The Secondary School Student Program is part of the Department of State’s Exchange Visitor Program. The program is designed to give foreign secondary school students the opportunity to complete up to one year of academic study at an accredited public or private secondary school in the United States.
